1. How to order

Please offer your specifications of the printing order to us by:

• Fill in it and fax to us at 6221-56940947.Or You can send the order confirmation via email. We will email you a scanned confirmative order form.

   

2. Process

• You confirm order and pay the advance;
• You send us the CD(s) with the original document(s) and requirements including the paper and the post press finishing, or upload your digital files with your printing document(s) or requirement onto FTP with the account we offer your;
• We make you printed products according to your digital files and deliver them to you.

3. Price

• For a cost estimate for your order,please send an email with your requirement (see: Custom Quote).

4.Payment

• 50% in advance, and the other 50% must be paid before delivery..

5.Lead time

• Our regular lead time is 14 business day for book printing and 5 business day for brochure,catalog,etc,excluding air time transit from the date confirmation.However it can be flexible depending of the specifications of your order.

6. Transport

• The printed products can be transported by air or by sea.The approximate transit time is 7 days for Asia and 6 weeks or above for America.
